I thought this place was great. It’s a lot faster to get in than the Crossroads Urgent Care so we’ve been going for the last year whenever any of us gets sick. However, we just got a years worth of copay bills sent to us for myself and both of my kids. I asked after every visit if we owed anything and they would tell me the bill would get sent or to call the next day. I called the first few times and was told there was no balance due at the time. Now I’m getting a years worth of copays sent and when I called the 877 number to ask why I didn’t get these bills within 30 days of the Doctors visit I was just met with an apology that felt disingenuous. I’ll pay these and unfortunately I won’t be going back to Absolute Urgent Care. I really have liked the service I got from this urgent care, but this billing situation is unacceptable. I went to this facility for my son who was sick and having breathing trouble. All of the staff was so amazing and seem to really care. Had to call back after the appointment likely 2 minutes before they were to close and yet the staff at the front was so patient and explained everything in detail. 10/10 Would definitely recommend!!! This was the best experience I’ve ever had at any clinic! Everyone was so nice and friendly! I mean you can just tell that they really care about you as a person and that this is not just a job to them. It was also very neat and tidy inside.
