Hi! I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas in Business Administration, and I am in the process of receiving my Master of Business Administration in Marketing. My sister, Sonia Khan and I work together on our day-to-day tasks to make sure AUC is operating at its best capacity! Absolute Urgent Care is family owned and operated, and I am so grateful to be a part of it. When I am not working, I am spending time with my husband, traveling, working out, and spending time with family…especially my niece and nephew!

“I graduated from UTA BSN, MSN. Have been in Renal care for 10 years. This is my second year in family practice. I love helping my patients look & feel their best and I get to do this through the urgent care and primary care services at AUC and apply my skills in aesthetics at Absolute Med Spa. I have two fur babies and I do a lot of work and training with them in my spare time. I spend 3-4 days a week in the gym & I also love to travel when the opportunity arises.”

“I completed my master’s in advanced Practice Nursing, specializing in Family Practice, at University of South Alabama in 2016. I worked in a Family Practice Clinic for 5 years seeing patients from newborn to adult, including obstetric care, and now I am excited to work in the Urgent Care field. I love working at Absolute Urgent Care because I can help our patients when they are ill, and I get to establish with many of them for Primary Care as well. I believe this allows us a unique opportunity to take care of all the patients’ needs and establish a personal relationship with them. In my free time I love spending time with my family, my church family, and I love to crochet.”

“I really enjoy being able to help take care of people, helping them get healthy so they can live a fulfilling life. I am so grateful I can do this in the community where I grew up and live.  I completed my MSN degree to obtain a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Texas Arlington (UTA) in 2015 while working in Emergency Departments with Texas Health around the metroplex.  I started that position after working as an EMT and finishing 8 years in the US Army. Most of my free time is used in helping my wife Emily and our children, helping with my parent’s ranch, being active in our Church and the Lindsay Knights of Columbus, and the most time-consuming task of fixing things my kids have broken.”

I obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University and continued to complete her Master of Science from the University of Texas at Arlington. I previously worked for Seminole Memorial Hospital in the Obstetrics and Emergency Department for 5 years. I have also served locally as a healthcare provider for the past 3 1/2 years. I currently live in Lindsay, TX with my husband and three kids. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids at the lake and flying airplanes.”

“I am a certified nurse practitioner in family medicine. My medical career started in 1992 when I received my associate degree in nursing from Cooke County College. My first job was working in the PCU and ICU with critically ill patients, and that’s where my passion for heart patients began. After observing many vascular procedures, I became a supervisor for a home health. However, my desire to take care of patients took over, and I went to work at Baylor Surgicare in Denton Texas for nine years preparing patients for surgery. I have also worked as a scrub tech and office nurse before finally landing a supervisor role for the preop and recovery for the cardiac cath lab at Mercy Hospital in Ardmore. After completing my BSN and NP school, I left the hospital and started working at Southern Oklahoma Kidney Center, where I learned so much from my oversight provider Abdul Khan. With his help, I am pleased to work at Absolute Urgent Care and Med Spa. Here, I can still care for patients for acute illnesses and chronic management with primary care, all while also helping them enhance their natural beauty through various procedures on the med spa side!”
