I cant remember a time where I had a bad experience here. They're quick and very kind. My kids don't hate coming here and the staff is always kind to them. They do what they can do and if they aren't able to they let you know you have to see someone else. It's easy to schedule appointments online. They call ahead of time if you have any insurance issues. Very efficient.

They are my new primary care team!! All of the staff are super welcoming and truly care about your well-being. We did walk in but ended up making an appt because they were booked and busy. They offered tests to be done (didn't demand them) and we accepted specific ones.
I'm am so super happy with the care we received! They charged us as primary care and not urgent care fees and offered to be our primary care. Yes please!!!!

I didn't get a chance to scan QR code to leave a review because I was suffering with severe allergy symptoms and did not feel good but I went there for my first time and it was after 6pm and I hate to bother people that has already worked a full day and tired but I needed help and decided to go. I still can't believe how super nice the staff was there and really made me feel comfortable. And the real cool thing was, they told me if conditions worsen or don't get any better just come back up there. They very easily could have told me to contact my Dr. I recommend . Oh and I do feel better today and hope to keep getting better so I don't have to trouble them again.

Josie at the front desk was an absolute delight. She was so friendly and welcoming. I also really enjoyed Amber Lavender, she was very gentle and kind. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to others.

This is our go to place when we are sick. The staff are so kind and compassionate. Today myself and my two kids all came in with fever and sore throats. Josie at the front called me ahead of time to confirm all our appointments were correct. She checked us in quickly and effortlessly. Megan was so sweet, she took us all three back at the same time and did all of our strep swabs as gently as she could. Then Natalie was our NP and she was also very compassionate. She happily honored all my requests and offered sincere condolences for our illness. This is a great place to go for care. I wouldn’t think twice about it. I’m a returning patient and will always be! Thanks Absolute Urgent Care!

Amber was great with my kiddo & all of the staff we encountered were friendly. Very clean facility as well. We will definitely use Absolute Urgent Care again if needed.

These people are wonderful! From the minute I walked in they were so nice and efficient ! I work 6 days a week so I like to get things done. I filled out a small sheet of paperwork sat there no time before they had me back. I have to be really sick to go to dr. They found my problem quick! I will definitely use them if Imbever in this situation again. Big thanks to all the amazing people at absolute urgent care!!

We had such a difficult time finding a provider that would see us quickly. Megan at the front desk was so helpful and kind. They were able to get 4 of my kids and myself in on the same day. Very kind staff and helpful NP.

Y’all, can’t say enough kind things about the 2 women that took care of me at Absolute urgent care! I think they were down a couple of people, but still had me in just slightly after my appointment time and out of there in just about 30 minutes. They listened to me and got me what I needed. Big thanks to them two!
In addition, they’ve treated my husband and two boys too, before, and they had great experiences as well. Keep it up!
