At Absolute Urgent Care, our mission is to provide healthcare that is patient-oriented, efficient and compassionate.
Our vision at Absolute Urgent Care is to create an organization of first-line healthcare professionals focused on providing cost-effective, quality care, while valuing compassion, empathy and thoughtfulness. To create an environment where patients and team members always come first.
Our ultimate calling is to provide superior service to our patients, and to support our patient-facing team members in their quest to do this.
We work collaboratively to achieve our common goals, as achieving them is dependent upon a sustained collective effort.
We perform the jobs that are assigned to us to the best of our abilities and in a manner that is consistent with the highest level of personal integrity.
We strive to be truthful, accurate, honest, and open-minded, while providing the highest level of professional practice.
We believe that a patient’s time is more important than our own.
Our goal is to always be sensitive, kind, tactful, and empathetic in our interactions.
